Appointments and callbacks
- A website booking or callback form is an appointment request, not a confirmed appointment.
- The team will contact you to confirm availability, appointment type and anything you should bring.
- If you need urgent eye care, sudden vision changes, pain, injury or emergency medical help, contact NHS 111, your GP, local urgent eye care service or emergency services as appropriate.
- A missed appointment fee may be charged where an appointment is missed or cancelled too late. Goggle Box should confirm any applicable fee when the appointment is booked.
Prices, offers and eligibility
- Prices shown are starting prices and may apply only to selected frames, lenses, prescriptions or ranges.
- Designer complete-pair prices may include single vision hard coated Essilor lenses on selected ranges; upgrades such as anti-glare, Transitions, polarised, high-index, Eyezen, varifocal or myopia-control lenses cost extra unless stated otherwise.
- Offers such as free standard private eye tests, £10 AVA exams, children’s offers, over-60s discounts, public sector discounts or second-pair offers may be changed, withdrawn or limited by availability.
- NHS-funded eye tests, optical vouchers and NHS glasses depend on eligibility and proof. Bring relevant entitlement information to your appointment.
- Offers generally cannot be combined unless Goggle Box confirms otherwise.
Orders, prescriptions and bespoke products
Glasses, lenses and other optical products may be made or ordered specifically for you. Once a bespoke order has started, cancellation, exchange or refund options may be limited unless the product is faulty or your statutory rights apply.
- Check frame choice, lens options, prescription and quoted price before confirming an order.
- Deposits, balances and collection dates should be confirmed by the practice at the point of sale.
- If something is not right, contact the shop promptly so the team can inspect the product and advise on next steps.
Repairs, adjustments and customer property
Goggle Box may offer repairs or adjustments where possible. Some repairs carry risk, especially for older frames, brittle materials or items not originally supplied by the practice. The team should explain any obvious risk before starting work.
